at the beginning the things i like... of course you know i really like the jade cosplay, it is fantastic. your friend who cosplays kitana also has a amazing costume (but i don't know much about her... ). so, the costumes are really really nice and very professional. also i like the scene with the trees in the background, remembers me on the level of shang tsungs garden.
the things i don't like are actually minor things and a question of the opinion... i think it is some kind of unfortunate to show skarlett and sonya from behind... i guess it would also look pretty good if your boyfriend had changed about 45° (or less) to the right side... maybe with the sunshine between the 2 teams (to create a natural "frontier" ).
also the pose of kitana looks a bit unmotivated, like she isn't in the mood to fight right now ("i wanna watch TV now... not fighting, umpfff.), actually not ready to fight. your own (jades) pose looks pretty good, but i am missing the bo staff. the poses from skarlett and sonya look pretty good so far...
at least this are really minor things, but for some reason these details disturb me more than they should, because this is so fantastic... however, this is what i think about it, i hope it is a bit useful
